Red clover....

I've gotten my hands on 18 acres of bottom ground that has to be either pasture or hay, and since it's always wet, I keep thinking about red clover. I've seeded red clover in pastures, and cows love it. I know it's hard to dry, but alfalfa in this ground is not an option. I know it's not a long term stand, but I'd like your thoughts on what kind of clover/grass mix would I be happy with? I have a feeling adding some grass to clover may help drydown like it does in alfalfa. Thoughts?



PS. We've determined my mental state may be skewed, so take that into account.....
