NH 311 Trip Arm Tension / Adjustment

Regarding my NH 311.

 

I was getting inconsistent length bales and decided to start with the trip arm, trip arm bushing and disc. The arm was worn, the disc looked good.

I can only assume there is adjustment needed for the trip arm tension.

Is the trip arm tension set by adjusting the metering wheel adjustment?
