New Holland 278 knotted issue

I have a knotted issue, with my 278 baler. On the Right side knotted, ties the knot, perfectly, but the twine breaks, on the Plunger End, of the bale. I did notice, that the twine is almost as if it is torn, leaving a few strands, holding the bale, together, but breaks apart, when the bale goes through the chamber. Not sure, what is causing this to happen. Thanks in advance. Bruce.
