Volume Discounts

Just interested in what others do when your customers asks for a discount if they buy more than 1 round bale. Seems like many of my customers who buy 5 bales or more think they should get a discount. I tell them my hay is already priced fairly and my production cost per bale doesn't change whether you buy 1 or 10 bales. What do you guys do with volume discounts?
