Baler Belt Splice

Newbie to round baler.

This doesn't look too serious to me,

but, I could be way off.

 

Is this something that should be fixed 

before next use?

 

AND, can this be fixed by putting in a 

new pin? 

 

I don't exactly know how to do this yet.

But I'd like to know if I'm in the ball park 

for going about fixing this.
