I wanted to open this thread to be able to follow the alfalfa prices, although I live in Spain I think knowing the trends will help us.
In these weeks (with covid-19) we have dropped from € 166 / ton to € 163 / t last week and € 160 / ton yesterday.
Last year it was at € 166 / ton all year.
The service company charges me to cut and make bales € 34 / ton
In general, all commodities have dropped, and countries like Romania or Poland have closed their exports, I think they want to save for a harsh winter where products are scarce.
