We are converting to round bales this year. I have a Hesston 5510. Belts appear to be in decent shape; however, I want to be prepared in the event of a belt break. I’ve never used a round baler before so I don’t have any belt clip cc tools. Should I buy a few of the 4” x 452” belts with the lace clips already on them to have as spares or should I buy the lacing vice tool and shorter sections of belting to do repairs?
