Record warm Winter record Cold Spring

This crazy weather in this area that was warm all Winter and after everything was up and growing nicely we had about a week and a 1/2 with Temperature is anywhere from the high teens to the low twenties in the early morning hours.... Seeing some weeds that came up and really look a bit different. I had a weed to come up 1st I thought it was going to be Little barley,. And then I thought it was going to be re growth from some old Italian rye grass, not sure it's popping up everywhere
