Big fan of the forum . . . .
We are a horse agistment farm in Australia. We use 3'x4x8' large square bales of oaten hay as it is economical vs small square bales.
I have seen a few people make a machine which splits the bale in half, similar to the first process in a Steffen bale compression system.
Has anyone here made similar?
What size rod / bore hydraulic ram should I be considering for this?
How may tonnes of pressure?
What sort of psi?
