504r Signature

I just traded in my 5410 rebel due to bearing failures this season had great service this year. So I got a 504r signature rolled 17 rollers and on 18 all the belts broke. The dealer came picked it up installed new belts brought it back to the field this week. I had around 100ac on the ground first thing it clogged the sweep wrappend around the feed roller I cleared that and rolled 45 more no problems. Then it took 3 hours to make 5 rolls, the moisture was running between 7 to 15 percent but hay would go in and clog up around the feed roller. The dealer brought out a 504 classic for me use never had any trouble with it. Has anyone else had trouble with their 504?
