Have a Vermeer 604 L that will extend twine arms to start wraps but will not return to finish wrap. None of the monitor controls will have any response. Local dealer has been unable to local problem other than the drive cylinder appears to bind up when arms are in full extend position. He has replaced drive motor and gears to no avail.
