NH 853 help needed

Bought an 853 & was going over it before we use it this weekend & noticed the apron chain is crooked. Have read thru the manual several times & doesn't really explain what to do if it is crooked. Checked all the tension springs & adjustments & everything seems to be good. Has anybody had this issue before or have any recommendations? Wondering if the chain is just stretched way out & needs shortened up. I tried to take some pics to show how crooked it is & how tight the one side is & how loose the other side is. I appreciate any advice any body has.
