Martin II Protek NE Fescue

Thinking of mixing some of this in at about 10-15#/ac when overseeding my orchard grass.  2 questions??

 

The Coop guy said that the novel endophyte fescue seed is shipped in a "sealed" bag to maintain the endophyte status.  Can anyone elaborate on what this means?  I gathered that it is a solid plastic bag, like bagged fertilizer, not the woven bag seed normally comes in.  It was also suggested that you could not open a bag and let it sit till next season.

 

Anyone else used this variety-  Kings Agriseeds.
