Deere windrower/swather platform drive belt change

Anyone know a good place to look for info or how to change this belt? I looked up service manuals. Looks like $100 plus. More than I want to spend. I have a 2320 and the belt looks BAD. I believe I have a brand new one bought last year. I would hate to taoe apart the wrong thing. Advice is much appreciated.

On a side note she starts right up on first turn of the key after I got my starter rebuilt.
