Not Sure if this is the right spot for it but couldn't really find anything in the other areas... Long story short, my brother owes me some money and wants to work for me to pay it off. He's pretty much worthless on the mechanical side and I'd rather he didn't run a tractor, which leaves picking up small squares (50 lb) in the field. What is a fair price per bale to pay for picking up out of field, onto a trailer, and offloading to a bale conveyor? Any insight would be appreciated, not looking to underpay him but not looking to overpay either, I've always done the work myself so not sure what's fair.
