NH 7230 discbine conditioner rolls swap to B&D

Going to put a set of B&D crusher rolls in my discbine this weekend. Never had to take the rolls outta anything before don't know how they come out.....any experiences to share or pointers? Just looking not sure how you get them out the back with the shafts. Do you have to take off all the drive side hardware like chain case etc?

The only advise I have gotten so far is to replace the bearings on all shafts as opposed to trying to save the old ones.
