I am trying to start my farming career and have been given the opportunity to lease 20 acres and purchase some equipment. The equipment is older but the owner says that it runs pretty well. My question is, will it be better to use the older equipment or to purchase some that is a little newer because I plan on expanding in the near future? This equipment for small 2 string bales.
