Rebaleing large squares into small bales

We moved a million bales of straw last year. Now we are looking at different methods of rebaleing, for a number of reasons. It would be nice to have a airport runway to use. My son feels the Simpco bale separator looks attractive. I am sold on the Massey Hesston 1840 baler. Figure baler at 25, tractor at 35, and Simpco at 20 for a stationary operation. Now we hear to work correctly the Simpco should have an auxilliary 80 hp engine to operate the hydraulics, and that is another 30. I want it shaken apart and fluffed, not shredded. I'm thinking a double beater manure spreader, or one of those silo loaders, or even some means of spinning and applying air pressure. It seems like manufacturers do not spec for particular jobs. Very few make a grapple that fits a trailer, which is 99 inches inside. Has anyone got a system in operation that can refer anything, or even allow me to visit to check out the operation?  Thank You
