I have a potential horse hay customer for this summer and they are asking for info regarding some of the hay I'm growing this summer - primarily Timothy and Teff, as well as hay preservative applied, i.e. buffered propionic acid.
I can find plenty of University papers on the value of Teff grass and benefits of acid - but what I'm finding with regard to Timothy is generally - info on growing it. The papers are more for the farmer IMHO than the consumer.
Anyone have a link to a PDF online regarding the virtues of Timothy hay they would be willing to share?
I'm still searching - but thought I'd ping you folks too.
