Certified Fescue Free Hay????????

Anyone ever heard of certified fescue free hay? Got a person that is interested in some hay of mine, but is breeding a horse over the winter. They want "certified“ fescue free hay. I'm thinking endophyte free hay would deliver the mail for them.

Question is - are there labs that can perform such a certification? Is this type of testing common/practical?

If there are labs that do this - any recommendations would be much appreciated.
