I have a 1219 that I'm trying to run with a Long 610 and I can't get the cutter bar to go up to take the transport pin out. I got the tractor from my FIL and he's used it with a caking machine cleaning out chicken houses and had no trouble what so ever. I hooked to the left hydraulic port like the manual said and the engine labors just a little when I try to raise the mower but no lift. The ball in the house is free and when I push it in some oil comes out. There's no wet spots around the cylinder or hose and the cylinder itself is dry. The hydraulics on this tractor are live so I don't know what I'm missing. Can these hoses collapse kinda like brake hoses? I've never used this mower but it's seems if oil is making it to the cylinder it should either raise or run out some where. Anybody? Is there something in missing?
