Rotary rake size for 13ft discbine

I am purchasing either a krone 38 swadro or 42.  I don't ted my hay only rake out of windrows.  I currently have a Kuhn 300 but can't throw the hay wide and still rake two windrows side by side.  Was curious if anyone has any experience with what I am doing and can make a recommendation.  I am buying a three point that I know doesn't seem to be popular here in America and the size of the 42 has me concerned.  I would like to continue to rake with my little JD 2355. thanks
