I have been seeing a recurring issue involving the bearings/shafts of the tail gate rollers. It seems the inner races are wearing on the roller shafts, result is lock collars failing and outer races orbiting in the housing. Can anybody shed a little light on this problem? Two different balers, one has a higher bale count, one lower. Seems both have the same problem, lower bale machine appears to have a worse problem. Is there a way to refurbish the roller shafts?
