Anyone ever seen this one a new holland 650

I have a new holland 650 auto wrap baler and I noticed that my string wasn't cutting on the left side of looking at baler from tractor so I get down one day and took a look. I found that the ring was broke and the very end of twine arm where the spring loaded bullet is and that was why it wouldn't cut. I wonder if anyone else has had this break and could a person just cut a washer in half and weld it up to fix or do I need to replace it. Thanks
