2012 SITREX RT-5200-H HayTedder (?)

I found this used tedder and looks good in appearance, since it was stored in a shed.  Is this a decent tedder?  

 

We have 40ac coastal bermuda grass and sandy loam soil (3 or 4 cuttings a year).
