Krone easy cut TC 400

Is anyone running a krone tc 400 with transport wheels? Wondering what likes or dislikes are. I had one dealer tell me his only complaints were, tongue was too long and they were too heavy. Brochure says it requires 120 pto hp. What hp do you think would be needed without conditioner? Thanks
