Kuhn Accumulator and-or Bale Basket Bale Tension Question

Anyone running a Kuhn accumulator or EZ Trail Bale basket (similar vertical slope) with hydraulic tension or airbaler type system tension?

Is the hydro or air tension of any value since you have to back-off tension due to the slope the bales must travel to the top of before going over?

I assume some tension is required applied to the bale case via springs/cranks or hydro/air systems for either if these accumulators.

Trying to understand bale density variability vs the tension with respect to the slope of the accumulator/basket as one moves around the field.
