Nh 660 baler auto wrap not getting tight bales

Ok bought this baler this summer have been working out the kinks and have had alot of help from here. But now the bales seemed to be awful loose. And twine not tight on bales.theres a fuild canister on the left side do I need to check the guild in it? And does that control the density of the belts? And the last question on the auto wrap drive belt what are the different side pulley for and which one does what? Thanks in advance
