New Holland 640 not reading bale size

Good evening everyone. I picked up a New Holland 640 with bale command over the winter and took it out for the first time a few weeks ago. It runs well and makes good bales, but it will not read the bale size. It never reads above 30. I've done the calibration procedure and it reads what it should on the monitor (240-700 I think), so I don't think it is a broken wire or bad sensor. I also ohm'd the sensor and it reads accordingly up and down as it should. Any help would be appreciated as I'm kind of lost now.
