New Holland 648 net wrap

I know this has been discussed before, I'm at wits end and frustrated. I know I have the net wrap installed the correct way. The problem is it does not wrap to the edge of bale. I've installed new grommets and a new brake pad. It leaves 6" of bale exposed on each side. I stop immediatly when alarm sounds, lower rpm to 500-600. Really upsets me. Local dealer said these parts I installed would fix my problem. Also have black springs installed on each side. Front setting.
