New Holland 660

I have New Holland 660net wrap baler. It was working fine last fall. I pulled it out of the shed today and greased everything up and turned on the pto and the pickup is spinning but the belts are not? Just seeing if anybody had any ideas where to check? I didn’t release the pressure off the belts in the fall
