Well despite my best effort I wasnt able to get the last field I had down baled before the rain started. Its currently raked, and received about 1/4" rain last night. Currently 65 degrees and rain on and off until Sunday night. Temps are going to stay in the mid 60s. Then jump to mid 70s mon-tues dry with more rain on wed.
My thinking is to leave it raked until Monday morning. Hit it a bunch with the tedder and rake late Tues and bale. This was cow hay, not sure if it will still make it or be bedding.
With the lower temps does this sound like it will work?
Leave in windrows after rain and more in the forcast?
