Fertilizing for 3rd cutting of orchardgrass

With all the rain first cutting as well as second cutting was late. Second cutting not done till August 10th
I'd really like to push for a 3rd.
Would just Urea at 50lbs an acre be alright? P levels are well. I was hoping to add K later, or would K make a difference as well?
Ph is good, and no legumes in field.
This is in Rhode Island.
