Morris pro ag 14 bale gatherer

Has any one had one of these? Just got a used one and so far it's a net wrap cuttin sob! I'm sure there is learning curve but seems like there should be a trick to something. The bearings on the rear of it seem to be whats cutting my net wrap can't even tell it's doing it til we go to load trucks and have a pile of broken bales. Just curious if anyone has any ideas how to get bales over then. We re-engineered the spreader bar on the back seems to help some
