NH BR7060 continuous cycling of the autowrap

Its a twine only machine. Everything works well but after it's made the bail and finished the auto wrap cycle it will trip and cycle again, and again, and again. I get out and tighten or loosen the bolts for the belt and eventually it catches and stops cycling. Not sure what to do to fix the problem. Something to do with the timing of the clutch deal catching the plate? Help please.
