Challenger SP 165 Question

Anyone have any experience with these? Just got one and I’m having a hard time getting the lift arms to lower to put the header on. Float pressure is turned down to 0. Arms appear to be raised fully and will not lower. Tried pushing down on one arm with a loader bucket while pushing the down button but no movement. Any ideas?
