What's For Lunch?

I was wondering what the consensus is for a tractor driving/haying sandwich. More of a survey for the different parts of the country and world.
I like a ham "sandrich" (grandpas dialect) with a slice of tomato and lettuce. Splash of mayo. "Warsh" it down with some iced tea.
