Roll belt 460 stationary roller

I am trying to remove the stationary roll on my roll belt 460 to replace it . I have the bearings and flanges removed. I cant get the shaft to move either way. Is this a shaft all the way through the roll ? Or 2 stub shafts made into the roll ? I know i am missing something . Any help would be greatly appreciated !
