BR 7070 duck bill problems

I have a problem with the lengthy of net warp left out of the duck bill when it finishes wrapping in barley sticks out and even then it sporadic along the length of it. And then it misses sometimes when it tries to wrap the next time. anyway  happens when I use the New Holland net wrap from using the tama wrap I usually use. it still doesn't stick out but about an inch when I use the tama wrap.

I loosened of the brake some but it worked for a while but now I'm back to it messing up.

Any help would be appreciated , this is a new baler with about a 1000 bales.
