new holland 617

New blades and gears the first 4 pods are not cutting smooth it shoots hay out the back Like if the blades were dull. The other disc pods mow as they are supposed too. ONLY THING I have not did is change drive belt could this cause it?also it leaves small streak doesn't cut all the hay off between disc 2 and 3
