Long 610 opinions

My FIL had a 1980 Long 610 he wants to part with and I'm looking for opinions on it as far as a square baling tractor. The engine was rebuilt last year and has been run 50 to 60 hours since with a rotary mower or a caking machine. According to tractor data is a 64 pto hp tractor. Rear tires are about 60% and fronts are 95%. Sheet metal is great, paint is a little faded. It also has rear wheel weights. Anybody have opinions on these? It will be pulling a NH 273 and a JD 1209 moco. My biggest complaint is there's no ROPS and in limited search I havn't been able to find one
