Timothy Second Cut

Got my haybine back in service. Had planned on just clipping a couple of my formally dormant Timothy fields, but with the last few weeks of rain and cooler temperatures, the Timothy has really greened up started growing again. I'm thinking about setting my mower conditioner at 5 inches cut height (max) and clipping - yet taking some Timothy leaf hay off too.

Is this going to damage the stand? Don't want to harm an otherwise good stand.
