Acid spray volume

I make small mini round bales 27" X 22". I just made a spray system for my mini round bales. In understanding how much spray to apply in front of the windrow pickup. To achieve 8 lbs. to the ton, I need to be spraying approximately 1 quart every 15 minutes if I am baling 1 Ton per hour. This would be a fine mist spray nozzle to accomplish this. Am I on the right track here?
