Is 22,000 bales a lot for a baler?

Looking at a used New Holland 650 Fastnet with bale commander.  It has just over 22k bales on it.  I haven't actually seen it in person yet but it looks clean and well maintained in the pictures.  I've read up on the baler a bit.  Seems it's got good reviews with a few quirks (like almost any piece of machinery seems to have).  I'm only going to be doing 50 to 100 acres per year so spending $20,000 on a baler doesn't make sense but at the same time I don't want to spend $6000 on a piece of junk that is worn out and going to break down all the time.
