Br7070 baler. Just bought a 2011. Oyvay.

Having issues with this baler. I believe the actuator is messed up, just does a rapid fire clicking. Not sure if has to be replaced or if there is some sort of trick. The bale monitor shows an actuator error.

Also to load the net, the inside of the baler looks nothing like the diagram. Did the net load change from year to year? Could I have the wrong manual?
