NH 54A thrower.

So we have a older 273 baler with a 54A thrower on it that we inherited. Something tells me that this thrower has been modified. Because there is no speed control on it anywhere. So with that being said yesterday with only a little hay left to bale. The thrower threw off both belts in the rear. The one that comes off the long shaft. And the other on the right side of the thrower (looking at it from the rear). Not having or finding any manuals online. I'm a little lost on how these belts go back on. Because every pic I can find in the net is definitely different from what I'm seeing ours looks like. Does anyone have a diagram of the belt routing they could share. Or a pic of there's with out the Safety cover on? Thanks Dan
