New holland br740

Looking at buying a br740 I’ve never had a belt baler only the old 848. Wondering if anyone on here knows why the belts on this baler are hanging down so much? I haven’t had a chance to go look at it yet and it’s pretty far away so I want to know before I go if anyone knows. The dealer says it’s normal but I can’t see it.
