We had our previous 567 baler wrapping the twine in distinct bands about 4 inches apart. This resulted in nice tight wrapping. The twine arm would move and stop at intervals to do this. We upgraded to a 568 and have not been able to get it to twine the same way. Tried all the optional setting (cinch wrap, re-extension twine tying program) and could not get it to work the way the 567 did. Also called a John service man and he did not know how either. I would appreciate some help.
