Case IH 8312 issue

New to the fourm with a question about my 8312, mowed about 30 acres of hay today and had about 10 left and started hearing a noise like I'd hit a rock well I immediately picked it up and it did not go away so I shut it down and when I got out and looked noticed a hole that went right threw the cutter bar and had a beraing in the center that moved back in forth with movement of the turtles so obviously that's not correct and I assume that is were the noice had came from and on futher evaluation noticed that the cutter bar had several of these but were all closed off by a circular pice, so I've lost all my bar oil out this hole where the bearing is and now I'm hoping that I've not completely destroyed my cutter bar due to the lose of oil, my question is how do you get to that Bering in the cutter bar?
