The new chopper

After the chopper destruction of Monday night, I bought a used JD 3975 chopper from a dealer in MT. Then I got a call this morning that it had been wrecked loading it on the trailer. It was fixable I guess but would have taken a couple of weeks. At that point I'm a nervous wreck with oatlage and alfalfa haylage needing chopped, so leave it to craigslist to have what I needed. A quick 2 hour jaunt to the north, I got my replacement. It's a little smaller than the machine it replaced, but should treat me just fine. I guess the modular house is out of the question now....
